I bought Sage of Yamatai as a Christmas present for my wife. It is the first Artifact puzzle we have purchased. She loved it! It was challenging AND fun. The image is superb and the radiating cut visible when completed is magnificent. She highly recommends it. I'll try it down the line.

I tried to assemble it without referencing the image and eventually I gave up and needed to peek at how certain details fit together to help me along. I agree that the edge pieces (all the way around!) are a nice touch.
